I was running along Waikiki Beach in Hawaii early this morning. Not on the sand.on the pathways and dirt tracks that track the beach out towards Diamond Head. I was running barefoot, as I always do, and indulging in the morning tropical climate. Not too hot, not too cold. Not too dry, not too damp.
